Q.  CAN I STILL ORDER MATERIALS FROM THE DIGITAL LIBRARY EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE DIGITIZED?

A. YES! You can order any item in any format you can imagine.  Please go to Welcome to the Digital Library for more details.

Q.  HOW DO I FIND OUT HOW MUCH SOMETHING COSTS?

A.   A generic price list has been posted on the website that enables you to calculate the cost of any item you find in the digital library. Please go to Price List for more details.

Q.  HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND TAXES?

A. There is no charge for tax.  There is also no extra charge for shipments via ground.  Any expedited shipments will incur a charge based on size and weight.

Q.  DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IN BULK?

A. Prices are set as low as possible to cover the cost of duplication and shipping.  There is no extra charge for shipments via ground and we are are a tax-exempt organization.  Discounts may only be given on extremely large orders. Please call 1-866-821-5355 with questions on specific orders.

Q.  WHAT HAPPENED TO THOSE BROCHURES: CAREERS IN VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION?

A. All of the "Careers in Vocational Rehabilitation" posters, brochures, booklets, and promotional items are available to purchase on-line in our new recruitment store.  You can access the store by visiting our website, clicking on "RehabJobs" and then "Recruitment Store".

Q.  WHEN I CLICK ON THE LINK, WHY DOESN'T ANYTHING OPEN?

A. Please read the topics under Downloading Materials.  If you have done this and are still having problems, please contact us with the specific catalog number(s) you can not access and we will check to make sure the link is in working order.

Q.  WHY DO ALL OF THE CATALOG ITEMS SAY "STATUS: NON-CIRC"?

A. All of our catalog items say "non-circulatory" because we are not a lending library.  You do not have the option to check out an item and return it. [Items from the Family Disability Resource Library (FRL) can be checked out.] You do have the option to download all items for free and/or purchase them in multiple formats.
